information on housing and services for physically disabled people. Services
are designed to encourage the independence of physically disabled people
through facilitating equal access to community resources such as: housing,
transportation, recreation, education, employment, barrier-free design,
information and referral, and financial assistance.

information on services and programs for seniors in the City; provides
some programs directly.

facilitates access to services, suggests alternatives when needed service
is not available, serves as a resource centre to individuals and groups,
and publishes the Directory of Community Services and other information
lists.
