keeps a rent registry and vacancy listing for Ottawa-Carleton. Public education
publications, presentations, and the Homelessness Maze are also available.
Services are also provided at the Ottawa-Carleton Immigration Services
Organization, the Women's Shelter, the Youth Services Bureau and the Nepean
Community Resource Centre on a weekly basis. Please call the main office

is the centralized applications centre for subsidized housing in Ottawa-Carleton.
The Registry provides services to nearly 50 social housing providers including
the Ottawa-Carleton Housing, municipal and private non-profits and some
co-ops in the Region. These providers have homes for all household types,
provided the applicant is at least 16 years of age. Many providers also
have some market units where rents are similar to those charged by private
landlords. To apply for these units, you must apply directly to the housing
